Dear Fable: Your Users' Data Isn't Yours to Hold Hostage

Your reading history belongs to you. Not to an app, a corporation, or a platform that decides whether you're allowed to take it elsewhere.

Looking for a way to export your Fable reading data, download your book lists, or transfer your reading history from Fable to another app? If you've been searching for a Fable CSV export, a way to back up your Fable library, or instructions on how to move your books from Fable to Goodreads or StoryGraph, you're not alone. Readers deserve the freedom to access and move their own data without being locked into a single platform. That's why MyBibliotheca puts data ownership first, offering one-click data export so you can download your reading history and take it wherever you go. Your reading journey should always belong to you.

Readers spend years building their libraries, tracking their progress, writing reviews, and recording their reading journeys. That data shouldn't be locked behind a platform's walls.

At MyBibliotheca, your data is yours. Period.

That's why we've built one-click data export directly into MyBibliotheca. Take your books, reading history, ratings, reviews, and other personal reading data with you whenever you want.

No hoops. No begging for access. No lock-in.

Your books. Your history. Your data.
