About the book

This is the last book of the trilogy called The Rosy Crucifixoin, of which the first two are Sexus and Plexus. In these three novels Henry Miller fictionalizes the seven years of his "crucifixion" before he left this country for France. His first wife, his second marriage to the greast love of his life, his struggles to make a living and to become a writer, his strange assortment of friends and stranger adventures form the substance of the narrative.
