Digital nationalist and populist movements have shaped the political sphere for years, with their manifold channels and forms of political communication. Chenyang Song investigates how Chinese online fandom nationalists entangle online political, nationalist and pop-cultural practices, facilitated by social media affordances and nuanced online practices.
