About the book

The course was designed to be covered in five sessions of around one-and-a-half hours each. The DVD set contains pdf files to print. (Copyright permission has been granted for the pamphlets). These are required in some of the sessions and this is indicated in the workbook. There are two main components within each session: group discussions and DVD presentations.
