With a heart that has mostly been stripped of gold, she does try to socialise with friends but really dislikes the ‘bumped into’ prolonged chats, you know the ones, the chit-chat-chat-shit ones, that some people offload upon you. For as it says on the tin, she just wants to say ‘Hi’ followed by a quick ‘Bye’ then a fast getaway with the ‘Drive-By’, hence the Hi Bye Drive-By title. But, unfortunately for Sarah, things never quite go her way as ‘Haywire’ should be her middle name…An alternative book for the alternative mind which is relatable and true to life.
